Russel Loi was formally a motor Panel Beater who has had working experience in the Motor Industry and completed his apprenticeship with Bougainville Copper Limited in Bougainville before the crisis.With his experience in dealing with motor vehicles he fits perfectly well into our motor portfolio attending to motor claims.
Russel has had some stints with other Loss Adjusting firms before joining our team of very experienced loss adjusters and marine experts.He was the in-house loss adjuster for Tower insurance for a period of 2 years and while there had gained some valuable nderwriting claims experience which is a bonus to our firm.

Willie is one of our senior staff who also has had a stint with previous Loss Assessing Firm for period of about 6 years before he left to pursue his other personal interests.Willie joined our team of Loss assessors in January 2013 and has worked his way up to a level of Team Leader Lae Branch.
He has successfully assessed and investigated motor claims,liability claims,contractors all risk claims and done a few property risk surveys for the underwriters,he was also involved in conducting cargo discharge surveys on break bulk cargos and container tally operations.
Willie is our office leader in Lae Team of assessors and Marine Surveyors.

Marine Surveyor
Ronald is our Marine Surveyor based out of our Pom Office, he will been involved in conducting all manner of Marine Claims & Surveys including but not limited to loading and unloading surveys on both foreign and domestic marine vessels mainly project cargos and general cargos.
Apart from mainstream Marine Claims and Surveys, Ronald will be involved also in Condition and Valuation surveys of Pleasure Craft for insurance purposes. He possess the qualities of a Marine Surveyor and we trust he will be an asset here at HLA.
